The upper is made from high-quality waterproof nylon and has an insulated inner lining. The 11" shaft is high enough to cover most shoes and boots and has an easy-to-use stretchable drawstring closure to keep mother nature's wetter and colder elements. They also have an adjustable hook and loop strap with a quick-release buckle from the ankle across the front for you to better secure the overshoe and easily get them on and off.
